Is the site down for everyone or just me?+
We check from our own servers, not your device. So if we say Up but you can't reach it, the problem is likely on your side – your network, DNS, browser cache, or a regional block. If we also say Down, it's the site itself.
What does the response time tell me?+
It's how long the server took to respond, in milliseconds. Under ~300ms is fast, ~300–800ms is normal, and over ~2 seconds suggests the server is overloaded or far away – even if it's technically "up".
What do the status results mean?+
Up means the site responded normally (HTTP 2xx/3xx). Issue means it answered but with an error (403, 500, etc.) – it's reachable but something's wrong. Down means no response at all: a timeout, refused connection, or DNS failure.
The site is up for you but down for me – what can I try?+
Reload without cache (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R), try a different browser or your phone's mobile data, flush your DNS, or switch DNS to 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8. If it only fails on one network, it may be blocked there.
How often is a site re-checked?+
Every lookup is a live check at that moment – nothing is stored. Results are briefly cached for one minute to avoid hammering a site during an outage; hit Re-check to force a fresh probe.
