The Tech Differently Conference
About This Event
The Tech Differently Conference 2026 is an online technology conference taking place on October 27, 2026, bringing together professionals, innovators, creative thinkers, and community builders who approach technology from different perspectives.
Organized by Jill Binder, the conference focuses on meaningful conversations, unconventional ideas, and real-world experiences that challenge traditional ways of thinking about technology. It offers a platform for voices and ideas that are often overlooked at mainstream technology events.
Participants will hear from international speakers representing different professional backgrounds, including technology, design, education, creative industries, and community development. Sessions will explore personal career journeys, human-centered innovation, creative problem-solving, and the role of technology in building better communities.
The event also features a keynote presentation by Allie Nimmons, titled "Changing the World, One Slide at a Time," exploring how human-centered events can contribute to a more inclusive technology industry.
Attendees can participate remotely from anywhere in the world. Session replays will also be available for those unable to attend live.
An exclusive virtual VIP networking party and speaker Q&A panel is scheduled for October 28, 2026, for eligible sponsors, speakers, organizers, and participants.
